Charlottesville hosted one of the very first Vegfests way back in 1997, and while the pandemic ended the festivals for the past few years, we are back and better than ever these past few years. Past festivals have attracted 2,000 - 6,000 attendees and we are excited to see the turnout this year. We’re proud of what our festival brings to the community & we hope to present you with a great opportunity to tap into this quickly growing demographic!                        

The Cville VegFest Mission & Your Organization

Sponsors should support the mission of Cville VegFest, which is simple: the promotion of nonviolence and the creation of a just and healthy world for both humans and animals. While we do not require that your organization or business directly pursue vegan advocacy in order to participate, we do require all products & tools brought to the festival to be cruelty-free & sustainable.

We view our partnerships with sponsors not only as a means of raising much- needed funds but, more importantly, as a way to forge meaningful and mutually supportive relationships in Charlottesville.                                        

Broaden your Reach        

• Past festivals have seen 2,000-6,000 attendees.                                

• We partner with local and regional media sponsors to advertise for the festival. We also do this to provide greater recognition and marketing for our sponsors.        

• Our website was redesigned this year to provide a more vibrant and engaging experience to highlight the festival’s focus, to feature participants more effectively, and to give greater visibility to our sponsors. In the last year of the festival we had 8,000+ visits to our site (7,100 unique visitors) with 20,000+ web page views.

• We are active on Instagram and Facebook and will promote your business consistently in the lead up to and after the festival.

• We will also be hiring a photographer for day of pictures that will continue to promote your brand year after year.

New location                                        

Throughout the several years of the Cville VegFest it has switched locations many times.  This year it will return to take place at IX Art Park. We have chosen this location for its proximity to UVA/CAT bus stops as well as its central location in the city. This is an accessible location for everyone.
